If the task page has been checked before this happens, it would have shown as unknown server error and I would have been able to see the issue. There's also a related bug here where it's not setting the release status to failed

PostgreSQL only stores data physically in the row if it's 127 chars or less, otherwise it uses an extra table like it does for TEXT. The (200) is simply interpreted as a constraint.
