The point of local animations is to have immediate, pre-defined responses to certain actions on the client. 09:05 MTDiscord It's about reducing the effects of lag, not about not sending animations to clients. 15:42 MTDiscord Local animations are pretty much pointless. They only cover a few transitions, and don't cover at all any of the things whose animations you will actually care about.
