I down loaded and compiled https://github.com/minetest/minetest/tree/stable-0.4 today, but was surprised to see it say 4.17 as it compiled. just want to double check that using it will not make a map incompatible when 4.17 is "really" released. So it is just a bug with the naming right? |

On the forum looks like worlds made in 0.4 are planned to still be compatible with 0.5, if I am reading it right. But I saw the warning about not using development versions, so was worried the link I used might have been wrong. |
