I have a parent entity and some entities attached to it. I want to make sure that when they are reloaded (join game or mapblock reload) that they are still attached. How should I go about doing this? My staticdata methods dont work because I cant serialize the entity ref. |

Alright, this is overkill and will probably result to nothing. However it doesnt hurt to try. Go to your Minetest directory and go inside the 'mods' folder, and create a new folder called "bugfix" or something. Inside create a text file called "init.lua" and open it and paste the contents of this https://gist.github.com/GreenXenith/679fdc453b96b644f9a32064b93bab6a in there and save it. |
